Kelvin Davis you ****ing god. Leeds fans, I humbly apologise, you were robbed, but sometimes they just don't go in. We've had enough games like that, and today was our turn.

Oh, and we're top of the league by the way.

 

My god we got away with that - I'd be furious if I was a Leeds fan, as it is I'm extremely relieved. Kelvin was magnificent, but we were terrible. Sat back way too far, invited too much pressure and Leeds are very unlucky.

 

Kelvin did at least 5 amazing saves, motm with ease. What a win, Leeds out played us by far but we had Kelvin in amazing form. Great win unlucky leeds .

That's the stuff of champions. Playing absolutely ****e, the worst we have this seaon by far, yet still walking away with 3 points. Kelvin Davis, absolute ****ing legend.

 

I was able to watch the entire match [thanks to a fantastic link and no work callout] and Do Prado was brought on with a job to do and did it. He didn't go missing at all. They were all stars. If anything, Cork was a little off his best, but did ok.

 

Didn't deserve it win at all anything i said about Kelv i take back what a 3 points!

 

I don't care that we didn't deserve it, that is the most valuable 3 points of the season so far! Playing poorly but still winning is a vital skill at this end of the season, and we've proved we've got it in our locker this season, and good to see it's still there at this point in the campaign. Commiserations to Leeds - they played brilliantly - but I feel we needed the 3 points more in this case. We've all been in this situation - played well and dominated but lost. Unfortunately for Leeds, today was their turn. I'd love to see them in the play-offs, though. One of a handful of giants in the wrong division (along with Forest, Wednesday etc.). Play like that regularly, and they'll be back soon enough.

 

Couldn't post throughout the game cos I thought I'd jinx it. Cannot believe it. Kelv was an absolute god. Think I'm out the prediction cup as I put this top of my chosen games but couldn't care less, 3 points COYS!!!!!

 

LEEDS UNITED

 

All credit to Leeds, massive improvement from earlier on in the season, but who say's we can't win away and when we're on T.V!

 

Season defining win. We never normally games like this, lets push on now!!! 2 easier home games coming up, make it 5 wins in a row going into the final Saint. COYS!

 

Not read any of the other 24 pages but two things to say:

1. What a defensive display
2. Warnock is still a disgrace (no doubt he will confirm it in his post match interview)

 

Consolation for today - We played magnificent, if NW is going to have the team playing like this week in and week out then it will be fantastic. The only other positive is that taking the season in general Southampton deserve to go up and I hope they stay in there till the end.

By the keeper yes fully agree but surely you don't mean in general?
