Started uni in 1998 and ended up being best pals with an Everton supporter. We ended up living together after uni for a bit, best man at each others wedding etc. In all of this time I have had to endure constant winding up about being an inferior team etc Obviously the trip to Everton in August was amazing, but Saturday is monumental. It is the first time he will have ever been to Loftus Road and I am desperate for a win. I could even consider the prospect of relegation if I could just grab some glory (and three points) if we got a result. We are on the lash in town afterwards. Dont fancy it if we lose..... Both sitting in the upper loft, and all I know is that if Everton score he will have to remain silent (like I did at Goodison), but also that if we score I am going to go FOOKIN MENTAL in his face.....!! U R'ssss P.s looking forward to a big atmosphere. Unlike the library that is Goodison Park
To be fair, at goodison park we don't get excited for lower league opposition like yourselves Just kidding, though tomorrow's game is the most confident i've felt of a win all season with the form we're in and the form you're in at home. Plus we'll be playing ten men Best of luck though and feel free to absolutely abuse me because of this post if you beat us tomorrow
I Am said mate of Newbury currently in qpr pub with everton shirt on but well hidden. Fancy our chances today and hope that when we drink after he is a miserable bugger for rest of the evening! I will be quiet but of we win from 445 he is in for a night of ribbing!!!
Hope it's a good one bit you're ultimately disappointed. I'm off round my mates to watch a stream of the game. He too is a toffee and we've been waiting for this a long time (neither of us had sky and we were still at school last time we played). Out for beers with him later too so bragging rights are crucial.
