Cost me 10k from B&Q, the second most expensive thing I've ever bought except for a house itself. They finished installing it, the missus MSNs me to tell me we don't have any drawers. The designer didn't give us any drawers and we didn't notice. 10k and I've nowhere to put the cutlery.
Some of these places take a ****ing liberty, so they do. You should go back in, and demand the designers head on a plate. The man designs kitchens, for ****s sake, surely it's his job to know what a drawer is? Some of the blame has to fall on your shoulders though unfortunately, you really should have noticed.
Well I lie, we've got two big **** off drawers for pots and pans - that's why I probably didn't think about it, but we can't put cutlery in there. What a ****.
That is indeed a lovely kitchen, but I still think 10K for a few units without drawers is extortionate. Should complain to B&Q, and when they say "You agreed to this..." inform them that you only agreed because you trusted their staff member to include what is actually a 100% essential item for a kitchen, and they let you down. See if you cant get a discount or partrefund or something, then you could use the money to buy the missus some drawers!
I'm not back in the country until Monday, going to ring up and go mad at them, then see what they have to say for themselves. 10k seems expensive but it was the total figure, take out replastering, complete overhaul of electrics, installation, granite work tops and the designer cooker hood and it was less than 5k for the units and appliances.
LOL MATE yeah no one cares about your kitchen You know this person has sent this for the reaction What an idiot
