Well he spotted something in Mark Hudson, now we reap the rewards! Wales Online MARK HUDSON WHILE weâre talking about Bluebirds centre-backs, letâs not forget Turnerâs partner. Hudson was a captain colossus himself on Sunday and I lost count of the number of times he and Turner repelled Liverpool forays in and around the City penalty area. Hudson has taken a lot of stick since joining the club, but under Mackay he has eradicated most of the errors which blighted his game and is playing his best football. When he went off injured, it was a big turning point for me. I think the outcomes of the last few league games (Peterboro excepted) bear that out. No criticism of Gezza but Hudson and Turner make a pretty formidable pairing at cb.
Hudson gave a monumental performance on the weekend, as did the entire team, for me it’s was a toss of a coin between him and Turner for MOM, with Turner just edging it with the goal and completing the entire game, but all credit to Huds to do as well as he did considering he was returning from injury. I remain a VERY PROUD, bluebird fan, nonetheless. BRING ON THE HAMMERS……
