and Tony Pulis has the nerve to complain about cheating in the game these days, all Stoke do is cheat from the first minute to the last and somehow seem to get away with it because "thats the way they play"

Right yes they were dirty. The ref gave us no protection, but we played completely the wrong tactics, putting in high balls and we did gift them. So a pretty poor performance. apart from the final 15 mins where we did finally play with some urgency, that's all.............Oh yeah Webb is a knob !!

Howard Webb is a useless ****....everytime we get the ball we are getting hacked down by challenges that are no where near meant to be a legit tackle and you blow on a Stoke RFC player too hard and they get a free kick!! Prick!!

sorry guys but you are overexagerating the bad tackles - the fact is we have been shocking and Stoke have been..welll Stoke!
No desire, no urgency and no answer to Stokes pressing game. I wouldnt pay to watch them but they beat us fair and square. Another tough game next week, if we dont reverse this recent form were gonna be in a dogfight.
MOTM not many to choose from Leon stood out for me. Allen was particularly dissapointing today.
All we need is for Cardiff to lift the cup to cap a great day!!

@exiledswan Are you serious? That attitude is why people like Howard Webb let them get away with so many dirty tackles. Just because they expect them to be dirty, they are given more leeway in the tackle. They beat us because they can take free kicks and corners, and kicked us every time we had the ball.

Time to give Dobbie a go instead of Allen imo even if it's off the bench. No it won't happen.

Allen has been poor since January and isn't giving us any sort of incisive edge. I think Dobbie tucked in behind Graham could have given us some options today. At least he has a crack. To give their keeper such an easy ride is unforgivable - he hardly had a save to make.

Even if substituting Sinclair and Dyer was the correct decision, bringing on Moore and McEachran is bemusing to say the least.

I know the Swans weren't good enough, but you can't blame the players if they're more concerned with preserving their health than playing a pass. Any time an opposition player has the ball into feet, straight away a Stoke player rushes in and starts hacking. I'm not saying it's always a foul, but they get away with so much "because it's the way they play", it makes me wonder how many broken legs will have to be suffered before it starts to be clamped down on.

Yes, because Stoke have a reputation for fair, easy on the eye football eh? It's not just us saying this.

I know we were beaten fair and square, but I've said it before and I'll say it again. I'd rather lose than play like Stoke play. I'm currently having a look to see when the last time you scored a goal from open play was.

Turns out it was on the 2nd of January. 1 goal from open play this year. I bet that makes you well proud!

    Wow. How analytical.

Most of us have conceded we didn't deserve anything today. If you don't make the keeper work you deserve nothing. What more do you want? We're just grateful that we don't have to watch your version of how to play the game every week and we're entitled to that opinion.
