    Following his penalty yesterday, I saw a few people on here asking exactly how many he's scored for us now - so I thought I'd have a look into it. (Whilst researching, I've also noted down his hat-tricks for us, as I also saw someone asking about that).

    So 24 penalties he has scored for us (26 if you include the two he's scored in shoot-out's). About half way to Le Tissier's total then, in just two and a half years. Apologies if I've missed any out - I don't think I have, but I'm happy to be proved wrong.

    Not that I came across - 23 out of 23 (or 25 out of 25).

    But again, happy to be proved wrong.

    The last ones on the list should be watford away, and there should only be one

    Only 1 penalty yesterday brendy. But no he has never missed for us.

    he missed one for bristol rovers but fortunately not yet for southampton.

    if he has to miss one though i hope it's in a game when we're 3-0 up and not a 1-1 in the 89th minute.

    us talking about his penalties on a forum that he doesn't read has no affect what so ever on his next penalty.

    Cardiff! Pass the football's comment about stunned slience reminded me that just recently I'd be as nervous as hell with Rickie standing over a penalty. Serves me right for not bothering to look into any matches in 2012 since Rickie's red card.

    Remember a commentator saying recently after a Lambert penalty..if the keeper had got in the way of that he'd have been killed. Like Lambert's laconic statement when asked about penalties...it's only a shot from 12 yards...which was similar to what Le God once said.

    As long as you direct the ball into one of the far corners,it's impossible for a keeper to save it.
