    Yeah Im all good thanks buddy! Bit tired stayed up late with the little one but its the wifes turn today to stay up late tonight lol
    I know I watched MOTD Ben Arfa should have scored one or two, top 5 now out the question I think, even tho it was abit of a long shot. Just hope we do beeter today! prbly not tho! <laugh>

    WF come on Spurs <rofl> then that point yesterday isn't so bad. And good stuff. HBA was frustraing yet again when he came on. Pardew took Cisse off and he was the best player yesterday ffs.

    Simon Gray looks a big price at 5s for the opener at Nass. Won 3 times in 2009 for Richard Hannon and is now owned by JP McManus. Has been off for almost 1000 days but this is a weak race and I am hopeful he will run well <ok>
