Bournemouth co-owner's wife gives half time team talk!

I was listening on Solent, and the bigger embarrassment was 'Willo' saying that it's disgusting that a woman was in the dressing room and he meant it. The Solent presenters kept saying that obviously it doesn't matter if it was a woman, it was wrong and he kept repeating no a woman shouldn't be anywhere near a team talk

I think we should tell Willo that we are 12 years into the 21st century....

 

Money doesn't buy you class and Mitchell may have cash, but zero class. He acted like billy big bollocks at St Mary's last season and made a mug of himself then. He's still doing it and clearly has a drink problem as well. What a sad man.

What's wrong with the co-owner's wife giving the half-time team talk? As long as she has some degree of football knowledge which I would expect being married the co-owner of a football club.

eddie mitchell says in the interview that she doesn't speak much english and doesn't know much about football. he does also say that she wanted to say hello to the players and didn't do the team talk.

 

Firstly, she barely speaks english so i doubt it with the football knowledge. But i personally dont agree with anyone being in the dressing room apart from the manager himself.

 

I did cringe when he said that - not to mention express complete disbelief.

Have just listened to the 606 interview. As has already been mentioned, it's a shame it's the clean version, but hey I got the jist. Good on Chappers for standing firm and cutting him off. I guess most people who encounter him in person wish they could do the same.

Blimey, Mark Chapman was really angry with Eddie Mitchell's language there [Solent had edited out the swear words that Mitchell had obviously uttered]. I haven't heard or seen a broadcaster that angry for a long time.
