It wouldn't go from just one Leeds guy claiming it to people on the Leicester side talking about it as a done deal if there wasn't at least a little substance behind the rumour.
Well i've just read something from a reliable source that Mills has had a rant at Pearson and that 'vile' language that is deemed 'unacceptable to your gaffer' was used. There is also 'no point' in comparing this to the St Ledger situation as this is 'much worse'. Nigel wouldn't stand for that if true so he may well be out.
Odd move if it turns out true, must be upset about being dropped, its SSL from January all over again.

To be honest i have heard that he is going to leeds as well,so i suppose we will have to wait and see. If he has used verbally abusive language to NP just because he is not happy being dropped,then i dont want him in our team all it does is cause upset for the rest of the team so Leeds can have him for all i care spoilt little brat

You sly dog J_P TBH, out of the 5 defenders we've got he's the least 'likeable' and he's no better than Morgan or SSL at the moment. I'm loving the selection dilemma though.

Because we've effectively got bugger all by way of cover. Dawson and Dudgeon are both left backs so I'm not worried about that. At centre back we have Chester and Hobbs, and the only cover for them is Cooper, who looks a good prospect but has only started 11 league games in his career, 8 of them in League 1. And at right back we have Rosenior and a youth team player. An additional problem is that if Hobbs gets injured our tallest defender is going to be 5'10". With the likes of Iwelumo, Carlton Cole/Carew, and Henderson to play it's nice to have a defender with some size. They don't need to be able to win every header, just being able to hold the strikers away from the ball without it being given as a foul even when it's not would be handy. As for the not being able to score for toffee, as far as I'm concerned there were two suitable players available in January that were affordable, we've either not taken the opportunity (Jason Roberts, not a hindsight suggestion on my part) or we're wasting it (King who we're playing in the wrong position IMO). I can't think of anyone else suitable at the moment, so I'm not going to complain if they can''t find someone now (other than about missing Roberts/King playing wide).
I'm not saying it's not true, but all you need is one **** reporter that trawls internet message boards for their stories. On our old OWS messageboard I noticed in the space of a month there'd been 5 transfer suggestions and 4 of them appeared in the paper a couple of days later, so I started making them up on purpose to test the theory. A couple of days after I started them they were all in the paper with a "sources close to the club" reference. Not all as full articles, some as tail ends to other ones, but definitely not coincidental. With twitter these days the same kind of reporter would soon have a major rumour going if they did the same thing. Like this guy who's got two transfers early, that could be luck, but if a reporter picks up on it and starts retweeting it becomes a rumour. In order to cover their own back if it doesn't happen the reporter will claim something cropped up during negotiations. It builds the rep of the original tweeter, and then anything he says in future also by default becomes a respected rumour.

As Ricardo has said, we don't have any decent right back cover at all and only inexperienced cover at centre back.
If this does happen its will be shades of Gradel and DJ. Loan to another club and watch them produce the form that you could not get out of them?
