When will real rules be brought in in football about finances along the lines of points deducted by how much moneys lost in the financial year or not or the clubs that are aloud in europe are the top clubs in the football pyramid that have at least broken even.
also what rules do you think should come in to make football what it was/should be not all about over payed players!
and before everyone starts going on about Pompey i think iv already heard at all so don't bother!!
