I've started a new game to try and resurrect "Super Depor". Got promoted in the first season, but had to lay off a lot of players due to the financial problems. First season in La Liga, and I'm given no transfer budget and a wage budget of £150K. I've played 5, lost 4 and won 1 so far, but there is hope as I have held on to the magical Guardado and signed Carlos Fierro on a free. The club still has an outstanding loan of £71M , but I've stuck to my budgets and may be able to sell Fierro on for a large sum in the future. This is by far the most difficult job I've had on this game.
Should i get fraizer cambell or billy sharp.... Can get cambell for 2 mill and billy for 2,6 mil .....
Not sure what year and what are their stats at that point and who is getting more goals, you have to consider all them aspects, like with Rodriguez he is **** for me now.
Who Would u bring in for Napoli ? Obs Hamsik.. Lavezzi and Cavanni is the Business up front.. but the rest of the team ain't so hot!
Is it possible to filter players by stats rather than attributes as good attributes aren't always a guarantee of quality? Is it also possible to see/filter the stats from the previous seasons as I've made some poor signings with only attributes or a minimal number of games to back them up.
Well, it's not everyday that you beat Man Utd 6-1 in the FA Cup final....Got them in the champions league final soon as well. I'll do a full season update tomorrow sometime
In prem now, Last night I beat Chelsea 1-0 and Newcastle 6-1 hat trick for hoffer and 1 from Jake Sinclair, and jack cork 35 yards volley lol
Martin, Chaplow, Reeves all need to be improved (off the top of my head), and maybe some of the youngsters like McQueen & Moore (although I doubt this personally)
Our FM researcher is one of the best IMO. Tends to get it spot on, I reckon he'll boost Chaplow now he's had a full season to look at him.
The FM researcher is incredibly biased towards Saints, look at FM10 when Markus first took over and we were like Man City on the game. I know that Saints are rated as the 16th best squad in the Championship on the current updates ability wise, and alot of the players will be getting big boosts to make Saints one of the top 6 sides, as reflected irl.
So it is the end of the 2017/2018 season and I finished 2nd in the Premier League for the 2nd season in a row Poopey got relegated from the Championship, finishing 24th I won the Carling Cup, FA Cup and Champions league A couple players got in the dream team too I'm now in the 2018 world cup with England and beat Spain 2-0 in the first knockout round after finishing 2nd in the group stage. Got Columbia in the quater final next.
