I know there is intense rivalry between fans of Liverpool and Manchester United, but I wish to give a best of luck in the recovery of Bryan Robson who has a tumour in his throat.Rivalry and banter is one thing, but if the shoe was on our feet,we would like to be acknowledged if we were ill. I wish to put rivalry aside as this is more important. Best of luck Bryan.
Here's to a speedy recovery and anyone who has had/have friends or family who get cancer know that support is a very powerful tool in overcoming this terrible disease! I hear it is at a treatable stage, which is very positive thing to hear.
Makes you feel like a right prick when you sit here moaning about your chesty cough and blocked nose! Like me! :-(
Swarbs. It proves I'm not all bad,I can put rivalry to one side when something more important arises. There is nothing more important than life.
I agree, and things like this are more important than football. I'm just impressed at how you always manage to mentioned United, SAF, Carrick, Bebe and / or Berbatov, even when being asked completely unrelated questions about the quality of your manager by a Newcastle fan!
I answered in that way because there were people doubting Dalglish because he hadn't managed in a certain length of time, but my debate was that he's remains a quality manager without question. My point is all managers make mistakes in the transfer market,Now lets be fair,Signing Carrick wasn't Fergusons best move now was it.I know loads of Man United fans that are incredibly angry that Ferguson gave him a new contract. They were even more angry when he was picked instead of Fletcher against Liverpool. They knew only too well when he plays against Liverpool or any half decent opposition without fletcher,he gets put in their pocket. Be honest. Did Lucas take him apart.?Yes or No.? Now this is Lucas, not Iniesta,Xavi or Michael Essien. In the 2009 Champions League final,it was embarrassing.Carrick and Anderson looked bigger tits than the ones you find in ZOO magazine. Carrick may do well against rubbish teams like Everton or teams that have an equally **** midfield as United like Arsenal, but against teams that have strong midfields he's going to be shown up for what he is,and thats a one paced, one dimensional Newcastle reject.
Damn, you're even doing it on this thread now Can't you put your irrational hatred aside for even one minute?
Well the intention was there until Swarbs attempted to ruin it,I only answered his comment and he blamed me for it.However my sentiments remain the same,I do wish Bryan Robson all the best in his recovery.
At which point did I blame you for anything? I simply pointed out that I don't think you are "all bad", just a little obsessed. And then your obsession reared its ugly head again and spoiled what was a nice sentiment. Just let it go...
