Hey Sports Fans! It’s The FA® SUPERBOWL™ Match Center for the ballgame featuring: Foxes @ Canaries

Live from The DeliaDome™.

Canaries are headed into this inter-divisional matchup after convincing victories in Rounds 3 and 4 of the FA® Superbowl™ versus Clarets and Baggies respectively. Franchise fans are feeling optimistic about a Semi-Final ballgame in Capitol City, but they have two matchups including this difficult fixture versus Leicester Foxes if they are to realise their dreams. Despite this being an inter-divisional fixture, Canaries’ Barclays™ FA® Prem-eer League Status will count for little in the Superbowl™

Coach Lambert: “As I said ahead of the Burnley game there will be some changes in the team, but it won't be a weakened side that's for sure. I won't treat it lightly. Any team I pick will go to try and win a football game."

Coach Lambert has announced his intention to select a strong-offense, whilst relying on his makeshift de-fensive line to contain the Foxes. With almost all of Canaries’ squad having some Prem-eer League gametime, even the B-Team players are able to provide an NPC® level performance, and will be keen to impress Coach Lambert.

Foxes currently sit P12 in The NPC® Divisional Standings after a stop-start series, including impressive victories versus Saints and BlueBirds, but disappointing results against Hornets and Robins. Key to their off-fense is former MightyWhitez and Toffees Score-Attempt-Converter J. Beckford, a player Canaries fans know well.

Coach Pearson: " We've had to win two games to get to this stage, so it's certainly not a distraction, It's an opportunity it get Tuesday's defeat at Watford out of our systems. I'm sure both sides will be thinking it's an opportunity to progress. It's a tough place to go, but our players are looking forward to the game”

Last time these two Franchises met was in The NPC® 10/11 Series, which saw Canaries go on to finish in P2 and qualify for EPL status™. After a brief argument about bleacher-segregation, tickets have sold well for this matchup, so expect another capacity DeliaDome™ crowd, with the Bleachers packed full of excited football fans, hoping to experience the magic of The FA® Superbowl™!

This sure is going to be a great Soccer matchup, so fill up your Coca-Cola™ tankards, get your hot-dog's and grab a seat for this smash-and-grab matchup, brought to you exclusively on Not606!

Welcome back PC, we all missed you last week, although Scottswan's thread was very good, he will never be a PC contender!

Have to say, I'm not very confident of this one! Don't like being 'favourites' and don't like Lawro's prediction!

I think the final quarter will be crucial in this pick 'em. The Defensive Tacklers need to be on their games, and the Goal Tenders need to work hard to keep the Offensive Linemen at bay.

Lets hope the mighty Foxes can win it before the end of the 4th quarter.

And now a quick word from our sponsors:

'Visit the King Power for plenty good time.'

If Mat Mills doesn't get sin binned we may just steal it in the power play.

Feb 18, 2012 - "Been like this all day," said the nice, exhausted woman at the grocery register. On Saturday afternoon this grocery store was full of customers with full shopping carts in long lines, and so were millions of others just like it. "Like it's about to be a blizzard tomorrow," the lady added.

This is the Super Bowl, and it's not an entirely rational endeavor. According to the National Retail Federation, Foxes and Canaries alike will spend £11 billion to stock up for one, ninety minute window on Saturday. This happens once a year, it's completely ridiculous and unnecessary, and like fireworks on the Fifth of November, that's what it makes great.

But it helps to have a good game. Or at least, a matchup that feels worth the hype. For some perspective, imagine if things had happened differently. The Trees and Sheep Shaggers were two great teams that might have given us a great game, but if we were 12 hours away from a Florist-Direby Super Bowl, think of how much less excited you'd be right now. The Foxes and Canaries though?!

You have...
• Two of the most recognizable franchises in football. Previous sponsors include Foster's Beer and Walker's Chips - the winningest game-watching drink and snack combination in all history!
• Two cities that have despised each other for weeks, if not days!
• A favorite that's been obnoxiously successful for a season, an underdog that's been all over the map as recently as last Saturday!
• Two quarterbacks that perfectly personify the descriptions above.
• Two coaches who might as well be taken straight from a movie. The stereotypical grumpy, miserable, bastards that everyone pretends to hate but sorta loves by the end. Oftentimes these guys will be unafraid to appeal a decision from line judges, umpires or even a field judge!
• Two great offenses with enough question marks on defense to guarantee we'll be entertained one way or another.

Oh, and they have won the Superleague Playoff HyperCup five times between them, with the Canaries being two-time winners and Foxes three-time!
Even if you can't bring yourself to root for either team, as far as the context and the characters involved, you can't ask for a whole lot more in the Super Bowl. For once, there's a matchup that deserves of all the insane buildup that accompanies this game every year. True physicality and deliverable entertainment - we wait on with bated breath!

The question that soccer fans want to know is if Norwich have a weakened defence, will they get shafted in the end zone? Only a tight rearguard action can prevent that!

And now one final word from our sponsors:

Get all your official merchandise from the club store today - Matchup programs, Walkers potato chips, KP cream soda and todays's special - blue and white ping pong balls! (we give discount if you buy bulk in store today!) just ask for Chuck Jnr III

Anyone else feel thats a highly creative, attacking midfield? I was expecting only 2 from Pilks, Bennett and Wessi, and maybe someone like Crofts. I'm not going to doubt Lambert though!

No Kyle Naughton after Spurs gave you permission to play him

I think there were doubt on Drury's fitness, so Naughton would probably have played in a slightly reshuffled back four if Drury couldn't play. Getting permission from Spurs was probably just a back-up plan.

Interesting that Bamba didn't even travel for Leicester. Tactical, or did he pick up an injury at the African Cup?

Also, good to see Steer gets another chance!
