Personally I don't like it, real lack of width leaving Mackie or Zammo to create the width but I agree thats it's the best option for us at the moment. Cancer from within aka Barton and Taiwo can shore up midfield allowing Adel free to roam behind the front two in the position which suits him best. Not sure about Gabby over Anton but recently much the much so either way.

Maybe it's time to let Kenny rest for a game or two, really hasn't been too convincing lately. HH/Smith could come in for Mackie/SWP. if their game won't open, Derry in for late game if need to cover, Gabbi, Traore and DJ/Buz/Bothroyd other subs.

I prefer Sooper's proposed line up in his OP but was worried about AT on the right. I like the diamond formation that means that Mackie can play up front (since he's got the most goals this year) with Tarbs also being at the business end of the field. Barton on the right could also prove a master stroke (credit to Norway I think).
