NEWCASTLE TO BE................................................................................................relegated again
I will one day go and watch the El Classico live. I would really like to be at ringside at a world title fight, preferrably a heavyweight clash involving a British fighter.
FA Cup Final League Cup Final all 3 Playoffs in one weekend El Classico World Cup Final Charity Shield European Championship Final Champions League Final Uefa League Final AC Milan Vs Inter Milan ANC Final World Snooker Final Olympics (all Disciplines, that must add 70 things to do as i am running out lol) World Championships 100 Meters World Record (or any world record but the 100 meters are more prestigious to me anyway) Superbowl Stanley cup deciding game World Series (All games) NBA Championship Unified heavy weight in Boxing (failing that any World title Fight) World Darts Final (Both of them) Mosconi Cup I am out for the minute.
Harlem Globetrotters came to Roker Park twice in the early 1960s! I was there for the first one, but missed the second. Some bloody big guys there mate - they had one called 'Tiny', and he was 6'-2"! I think they had two players over 7 foot. Well worth seeing them - brilliant entertainment. Me? - I've always wanted to go to a Gurning world championship (so I can feel good-looking!). And how about the Merrills world championship at Hutton-le-Hole? (Merrills is an ancient board game saved from extinction in the pub at Hutton. Now it's an annual world championship with teams coming from Norway, Switzerland and all over the shop. Never been but like the sound of it).
El Clasico FA Cup Final (ideally with Sunderland!) Tyne-Wear Derby World Cup Final Champions League Final (ideally with Sunderland again!) European Championships Final Milan v Inter Monaco Grand Prix Spa Grand Prix Monza Grand Prix Hopefully plenty of time left, I'd hope to get at least the FA cup one done before June!
Netball one sounds good....only cos iv'e seen loads of the ping pongs... How-ever the ladies body painting contest would have an appeal about it also.
