According to a few sources doing the rounds (can't be bothered to find& list them) Harry is of the opinion that Ledley may have reached the end of his Spurs career. Linked to this is our apparent interest in Cahill. I don't know how serious either of these rumours are but it might not be a bad thing. Don't get me wrong, I love King for what he has done but retiring him and buying Cahill might work well for us. He can't play much, comes in when fit and this disrupts the formation of more long term partnerships and he takes up a squad number, he may become an issue with the new UEFA rules on wages etc and in signing Cahill we will have two of the best young CBs in the country (dawson) and some good back up in the young South African fella aswell as great exprience if we keep Gallas. Maybe King should be kept in some kind of coaching role as I'd hate too see a Spurs legend like him simply discarded (besides if we don't keep him as a coach he'll be snapped up elsewhere in that role)
I would think that Ledds might play the odd game next season, maybe in League Cup and other cup games.. He isn't finished yet
