Gardner as he is getting more game time.
Just edged Bardsley for MOTM again today for me.

I'd say Catts has been the biggest jump, second Gardner.

Sess is obvious, but it's consistency more than quality he's found, the quality was always apparent.

Vaughan has looked excellent under MON as well, and O'Shea has stopped looking like a bag of ****e.

I would have to say O`Shea, he was ****e at RB under Bruce, a hell of a lot better at CB under MON.

McLean = Bruce never played him
    Gardner = likewise
    Larrson was good anyway
Ricco is Ricco, dont think he has improved but he hasnt got worse either.
Killgallon of the players we had, but he never got a game either under Bruce

Lets just hope he can work his magic with Elmo.

Personally i think think results have turned for us and Team Performance/Confidence, Individual performances havnt really skyrocketed.

each to their own, but under bruce we still didnt get beat by more than 1 goal.

mclean has been the big difference for me, but as Bruce never played him, and we never seen him, he cant be the most improved player, but he is the player that has most improved the team (for me)

One of the interesting things must be that pretty much every player has improved! I can't think of one who has gone backwards?

Watched so much sport on TV today I can't remember who said it "Under MON the players are being played in their correct positions and you can see the difference it makes in them on the pitch."

I dont disagree with that, I even said above, O'Shea at RB was terrible, in CD he is 10* the player. (or words to that effect anyway)

Interesting take on this - I woud have to agree that Gardner has "returned to form" under MON, as has O'Shea, Vaughan & Brown. Catts and Bardo have definitely stepped up their game - Bardo being the most improved for me

The entire Squad Tony !!!!! They all look different players under MON for me. If I had to be picky though..I would say Gardner and McLean

    McClean

reserve team player to first team regular who has already scored 4goals from the wing and got a couple of assists

Kilgallon - loan to Doncaster, then never put a foot wrong against Man. C. Bit of a jump that.
McClean - bench polisher, now Trappatoni's on the phone. Another bit of a jump.
Catts - magnet for cards, an embarrassment, now we're actually missing him. And that's a real jump.
Gardner - constantly homesick and wanting to leave. We haven't heard homesick for weeks since he got to play.
O'Shea - nowt to add to comments above.
Vaughan - never bad, but gaining all the time from playing games.

But why pick out individuals. Bottom 4 to ninth says it for them all.

Think Gardner was benchsick rather than homesick! He is the most improved for me. Looks really good now but was totally anon under Bruce.

Larsson has just continued where he left off as he was actually playing well under SB.

    Catts an instant improvement.

JOS now looks solid as we expected when we bought him.

McClean didn't play so how can we judge?

Bardo for me he has kept some top quality players quiet in our games, is going from strength to strength, and is actually sowing some good ball skills, plus his attacking and shooting are better

It seems players have gone from not knowing what their role on the pitch was to having clear instruction. It seems to have benefited every player. If a player is given simple instructions it helps them massively.
