After today, i've realised why Redders shouldn't be the next manager of our illustrious club! you dont win anything being a mate to your staff Ive heard and read that: Longeran, White, Rosco, Lees, Thompson, Clayton, Sam that he should be given the role on permanent basis. B----ollocks to that! If these players like a manager like that then go get a job at a nursery. We need a manager who demands passion, earns respect, kicked up the ar-se when things go tits up! For me we would be stupid to implement this. I work for a guy i like, think hes a top bloke, hes the chief exec and hes on 100,000 a year and i completely take the piss around him. My manager whos on half that, im absolutely **** scared of! i make sure my work is 100% accurate because i know the repercussions if i produce a **** job. My point is: Get a manager in who thrives on comitment! With this Redders can still be training ground buddies with the players and then the fans will get the chance to see a manager who can get this crowd going! PS. I was at the bristol game, we were **** for 40 mins until the sending off!!
Completely agree. He was the reserve team coach before, so when they played under him, it would have been relaxed with no pressure on performance. Plenty of players will like the coaches but dislike the manager.
exactly best fans, you dont win **** all with mr nice! Even fergie goes mental still, he takes no **** and wins games when we dont expect them to!! Get a man in who knows his game better than anyone! If it means upsetting players then so be it!!
