3 games this season. A draw at Anfield, where Liverpool were the better team but could not convert. A 2-1 win for Liverpool in the cup at Anfield which was 50/50. And a United 2-1 win at Old Trafford where they were the better team. Pretty 50/50 season for the biggest Derby in world football. It is Uniteds consistancy that makes them the better team unfortunately. Cant be unhappy with the result. Personally, I think evra and Suarez should be locked in a room and forced to sort out their differences.... Celebrity wife swap?? They are both taking the piss and doing things the wrong way. Gerrard and Neville were the faces of a massive rivalry, but never caused this kind og angst between the clubs. I agree he shouldn't have said it, but it's a bit rich talking about slander after the regular attacks on Evra's honesty by LFC over the past few months. Besides which, Wenger made similar comments about Taylor and Shawcross and the FA didn't do anything.

This. To be honest it's only cos the problems have occurred between Evra and Suarez, who are probably the two pettiest and most annoying ****s at their respective clubs. Had the incident happened between any two other players I'm sure the players would have sorted it out by now and just moved on.

Poor showing from both sides today I feel. Suarez should have just shaken his hand, and Evra shouldn't have attempted to confront him at HT or do what he did at the end. Dalglish should have simply started Carroll instead, and avoided it all. Credit to Rooney for refusing to be drawn on the issue, though.

He was found guilty and served his punishment. FA said it was hardest case they've dealt with. Complex. Not as open and shut as you assume. In reality, only Suarez and Evra know the truth. In your opinion. Only Suarez and Evra know, really. Suarez didn't want too shake and that's his prerogative. Evra over-reacted. Suarez didn't respond to Rio's handshake snub, which was a more normal response. Not hurting our image, really. Question: does LFC needs any reason other than our previous success for rival fans to hate us? Same with other teams such as Man U, etc. This whole Evra/Suarez thing has been blown way out of proportion. Rival fans just use it as an excuse to LFC-bait/Man U-bait and WUM. Agree that certain things could have been handled better, but water under the bridge now. Please change the record. It's very boring!
