http://www.swanseacity.net/page/InTheSpotlight/0,,10354~2601877,00.html Had a read, glad he calls us "home". Also, his partner Rosie (real name is?) has or is moving to South Wales, so lot's of eye candy.
Sad as I may appear, but I've noticed Rosie giving notice to quit her boy friend on Coranation street , she didn't mention Swansea though:
Very good read indeed Ash, Sinclair is testimony to the fact that the grass is very rarely greener at the big clubs, and being stuck in the reserves for years, or on the bench, is no life for a footballer, and anyone who has played the great game will now that it is indeed torture, to be sat on the bench, let's hope that from here on in, now that we are in the Prem, we get no Pratley or Dorus de Vries issues! We have a great bunch of lads in our squad, to be very proud of.................. please log in to view this image
Its frightening to think how many top young players take the money, rather than chasing first team football and then become disilusioned and fall into obscurity . Scottys decision to take a pay cut for first team football is comendable and has paid off, lets hope other young players follow suit
It's nice to read that he took a big wage cut in order to play football. Tis true that not all footballers are in it for the money. Shame the same could not be said for Dorus and Pratts as you mention Phil.
I've heard a few rumours, that Pratley could well be coming back at the end of this season! Not sure if there is any truth in it though.................... please log in to view this image
Innit just! If it looks like he's going to be England boss, then for numerous reasons I could see this helping us in our pursuit of keeping Caulker. Obviously, it depends on the player too, and I know it'll always be a longshot, but if they get a new manager in who's never seen Steven play, it's unlikely he'll go straight into the team - and equally unlikely he'll be happy riding the bench again? Sign him up!
If you ever want to see Scotty just go to Nandos. I think the guy lives there! He was in with Rosie Webster aka Helen Flannigan this week. The guys a legend and his goals got us to where we are today
They all love Nandos man! I saw Vorm, Rangel and Ash there before, and they're always harping on about it on Twitter!
