I try to only have dealings with companies with call centres over here or other fluent english speaking countries, if ever a company i deal with relocates their call centres to foreign shores, i switch to another. (and when i say foreign shores that includes both Tyneside and Wierside) those ****ers are harder to understand than any camel molester. Fact
