    Why do companies from English speaking countries (UK/Ireland/US) employ people who can't ****ing speak English? What stupid **** thought of that idea?

    You deal with English speaking customers so you need to employ people with a good grasp of English, it's not ****ing rocket science.

    I try to only have dealings with companies with call centres over here or other fluent english speaking countries, if ever a company i deal with relocates their call centres to foreign shores, i switch to another. (and when i say foreign shores that includes both Tyneside and Wierside) those ****ers are harder to understand than any camel molester. Fact <ok>
