    Let's keep the protest going and show Bates that we're not spineless morons with no organization who will take any **** served to them. <ok>

    March going from City Square (near Train Station) to Elland Road via Holbeck. :)

    cant help but think this is really pointless and bates will just laugh. need to organise things that actually hurt him

    Until we can get thousands of fans onside, we can't organize the more difficult stuff. The march will get good attention in the press if it's well-attended, better than the protests I imagine, and will hopefully change some more minds.

    Can't do any harm to turn up, can it?

    <ok>

    Got a mate coming with me who's a Member and won't be going to the game.

    We just have to get to the unthinking ones who keep handing over their cash to Bates at the same time they complain about him.

    Protesting at the East Stand until kick-off after the march reaches ER. I'm a ST holder so I'll be at the game, not renewing though or buying any optional extras which will give the cancer more flesh to eat away at.

    Im not going,

    Don't understand why the protest doesnt happen while the match is on tbh, seems strange marching then all walking into the ground having paid for tickets, then buying drinks and food to line that old ****s pocket

    I wish I could go. Doubt it'll make a difference, apart from keeping it in the press and keeping the general public's hatred for Bates.

    Agree with YWBK though, a protest during a game will be the way to really put the point across.

    There are loads of people going who've not bought tickets and won't line Bates' pockets.

    Best Fans, you have to do it one step at a time. But protests inside the ground already get a lot of criticism for bringing a 'negative atmosphere', so an actual organized one will no doubt go down in a similar vein. Not to say it shouldn't happen, but it pre-supposes that you're willing to pay Bates money, which the vast majority of Leeds fans seem not to want to do.

    Ah, what I meant was during the game, but not in the ground. So say outside the ground, but no one goes in.

    The more we get on board the better. Once we have about 2000, pitch invasion. You heard it here first.
