Can anyone provide a current Hull weather watch for me please? Has there been much snow or any more expected up there? Any possibility we might see a postponement? Cheers!

Looks like it's going to be fine...

    Hull City A.F.C.
    Snow Joke – GAME ON!

We’re pleased to report that, despite the snowfall on Thursday evening, the pitch at the KC Stadium is currently playable and Saturday’s game against Bristol City is ON!

The areas surrounding the stadium, including the stadium bowl and approaching walkways, will be clear in time and with no further major snowfall forecast there is currently no reason for concern over Saturday’s fixture.

Should the situation change, you’ll be the first to know on our Official Website and via our Official Facebook and Twitter pages.

Having just come past the stadium:

Car park (South Stand) - clear
Driveways and footpaths in West Park - clear
    Anlaby Road - clear
Pavement on stadium side of Anlaby Road - clear
Pavement on opposite side of Anlaby Road - still has snow covering
    Other approach roads - clear
Pavements on other approach roads - one side clear, one side snow covered

I can't see a reason for it to be postponed, if anyone is stupid enough to walk on the snowy side and has an accident then it would be better for everyone if they were removed from the gene pool asap anyway.

Well I say clear it's about 80% clear. The bit that's in the shade from my garden wall is still covered.

Shed covered and I've made a tit of myself with the swing.

The seat is pink and clearly visible. I thought it was green but couldn't see it yesterday because of the snow.

I've only gone and made a fool of myself.
