I'm a bit confused by the clubs latest promotion, considering it's £65 each, it's not really free beer at all... http://www.hullcityafc.net/page/NewsDetail/0,,10338~2606114,00.html?
It's not a seat in a box, it's just a seat in the West Stand. A box for a game is £1000.00, but you can normally get one for about £650.00. Annoyingly, I'm supposed to be in one tomorrow, but I have to be in London. The legend is one of John Hawley, Pete Skip, Stan McEwan or Justin Whittle.
so with VAT thats £78 £25 for the seat ticket £13 for the food so you have to drink £40 worth of beer to make it worthwhile even at the extortionate price of £3.50 a pint - you are going to have to sink a dozen pints to get your moneys worth if it was a saturday its still doable - but not on Tuesday night
They also don't tell you that the beer is orange flavoured Becks. The club bought a load off some dodgy geezer who happened to have some going cheap. That's what I've heard anyway.
oh No, Not Paul Duffer Duffen again is it ? The beer is never Free. You pay for it somewhere. Saturday boxes though are a far better deal. More time to drink before - during and afterwards. Happy days.
