I was just interested to know what songs the Saints fans sang to the Bournemouth fans to try and wind them up? ...and what they sang back. Heard one about a fire drill when all the bumuff fans were leaving early. Also what were the saints fans like?? I heard great support Did anyone do the slow version of OWTS???
Saints fans were great, we sang 'We dont care about you, we dont care about youuu, we are southampton we dont care about you' quite alot also the adam lallana song 'he plays on the left' etc was quite often, oh when the saints slow happened once or twice but the saints fans didnt really stop singing throughout, cracking atmosphere in our stand.
I was sat opposite the Saints fans in enemy territory. Our support was superb. It was neigh on impossible to sit on my hands for the whole game and not join in! The Adam Lallana "He plays on the left, He plays on the right" with the hand movements and whole crowd swaying looked awesome! Well done to those lucky enough to be in that end, but I think I deserve a well done for only smiling during our three goals and waiting till I got in the car to cheer!!!!
A credit to you and all the others that were in the Bournemouth crowd. It must have been difficult to contain your self.
Was in the Cherries end too to the left of the Saints end and it was tough standing there in silence.... loved the 'Is there a Fire Drill' awesome
Well done to all those in the home ends. It must have been so difficult not to join in with the celebrations when we scored. It was mental in the away end. Absolutely cracking atmosphere yesterday
