I wouldn't trust R Wayne to pick up a few beers from the offy the thick **** nevermind the next England manager but my point was that I don't need to see his latest neanderthal gruntings scrolling across the screen when I'm trying to watch an FA Cup game.

Not Rooneys fault it's ITV being a bunch of knob jockeys as per usual. As for Chiles PMK I couldn't agree more, he's ****e.

I can understand anybody being techy in Brean (or Brumigam On Sea as we call it) at this time of year. It's only about 10 miles from here. We could meet for a pint if you want?

We could, I see no reason why not.

I only work there, or near there. I'm staying near Weston, which is equally choice as you're no doubt aware! We're building a massive bid extension to the **** works there, lovely.

I suspect it may have looked like that prior to my arrival. Though I could be mistaken.

I haven't been to the beach yet. Nor into Weston really, I'm avoiding it. None of it looks appealing really but I suspect the summer will be a bit of a nightmare as the tourists roll in.

It's all a bit **** here to be honest!

I've heard that, that the midlands uses Weston as its default British holiday destination. A miniture Blackpool and equally as ****! Straight down the M5 I guess.

Thank God they don't turn right at the M4 and head down my neck of the woods. You should head down that M5 yourself and have a few with me and Dave, there's loads of doss houses down here!

But if you lived in the arse-end of Birmingham or the Black Country, Brean would look wonderful

It's not an obsession, it's the fact that we've had a squad of individuals for far too long who have never performed when what we need is a team.
I want a coach with a vision of what he wants his team to do and picks the best players for that team and style of play.

I know scrapping the over-30s is a sweeping statement but I'd only exclude Parker from that - he comes in and does a job for the team, not for himself - an ideal role model for the next generation - make him the captain, to set an example for the rest. He's also not tainted by past failures.

Gerrard will only ever do what he wants to do, not what his coach asks him - he sold Baines down the river on his debut by not sticking to the position he was told to. A team man doesn't do that.
I'm not convinced Ferdinand's heart is in international football anymore and his fitness is questionable these days.

The comment about Gerrard is palpably untrue. He's the only mid who actually knows how to link with Rooney. Plus the number of times he's been the only England player to show any spirit - look back to the France game!

I agree with the first two thirds of this but your assesment of Gerrard is clouded. England have never produced better football over the last decade when Gerrards not been part of the team than they've produced when he has, his link up play with Owen, Beckham and Rooney has never been matched by any other midfielder in that time. For me Beckham was always far more guilty of wandering out of position and "doing what he wanted, not what the coach asked him" than Gerrard ever was. The fact that as a genuine central midfielder he's shoved on the left bloody wing is why he wandered out of position on occasion.

I presume you were in the dressing room when Capello gave out instructions to the players? Otherwise how would you know he didn't stick to the role he was asked to play?

Maybe he was given instructions to come infield to give Baines space to attack on the outside, like the Messi-Alves combination works?

Besides, most reports from that match suggest that the management were unimpressed with Baines being meek and not demanding the ball or trying to do something on his own and always surrendering the ball to bigger personalities like Gerrard, Rooney and Lampard. The managers can only do so much, if Baines refuses to take responsibility and surrenders the ball too easily to his team mates then there's no point sticking him in the team, really. You can't be expecting senior players like Gerrard to mollycoddle Baines through games either, especially when he's not a veteran on the left wing himself.

All depends on what they want doing. If it's just a set of accounts and tax return then the firm I work for would say around £400 for a simple set. I however do all my mates, and their families etc for £50 a pop as it's a piece of piss really.

You should just find a local standalone accountant and they will probably do it for around 150 - 200. How much are they charging you ?

Did you not realise that the entire world hangs on Ar Wazza's every word? He's practically the Machiavelli of the 21st century, with his cutting psychological insights, ability to destabilise anyone with his words, and tendency to tweet whatever the current headline is in the Daily Fail <ok>

Oh yes he fu.king is! Surprise! First interview isn't until 1.00 pm. Two clever splitarses on the run and one looks fit. May have to get a room at the Euston Hilton <ok>

So I see you've taken advantage of my absence to slag off Carling (wa.kers) and go off topic.Get it on the TV and movie thread, you twats.

Anyway, no doubt it's been done to death already, but what a coincidence. Harry gets away with it and Capello walks. Yeah right. And they say Pakistani cricket is corrupt. The whole thing stinks <doh>
