Fair enough Oslo, I'm happy to give it go and see. I'd be delighted to see it work, I'm just not too sure that this is the game to start experimenting.

Whilst a draw would be disappointing, especially after Saturday's result, its not yet the end of the world. If we survive the drop, then I think it'll ostensibly be off the back of our home performances for the remainder of the season.

Yes, I know that we've got to go to Bolton and West Brom, as well as Blackburn and Mackem - each of which should be considered do-able if we're to stay in the PL - but the home games against Fulham, Everton, Swansea & Stoke offer 12 vital points, which would take us up to 33.

Anything from Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea, Liverpool and the two Mancs has to be considered a bonus.

I still think as little as 35 points could be enough this season (although the target has to be 40).

Given our difficult run in, we need all 3 points. There have been some promising performances since MH and his new recruits arrived and, therefore, I think we can achieve this. If we can't beat Blackburn, who have frequently appeared awful, our serious predicament suddenly looks very, very serious.

Blackburn are a bit of an enigma, winning at Old Trafford, drawing at Anfield and capable, on their day, of outplaying good teams. Yet they can also be pants, lets hope we catch them with theirs down!...

Is Yakubu back for Blackburn? What I want is for Samba to play and score the winning goal for us to confirm his summer signing.

Hoping for 3 points but then again we have been disappointing when it mattered. Guess a draw won´t be enough but at least not another depressing weekend.

A good result? 3 Points, this should be expected and definitely needed - we cant afford to gift fellow relegation battlers 3 points, or even 1 point!

People are saying that we will be right in the **** if we don't win, but I don't see how they can know how the other teams will do. A draw will not be a disaster whatever happens!

3 points, they just lost 7-1, their defence without Samba (and Givet now) is woeful, even without Cisse we should be able to score a couple, or I seriously worry.

It all depends on which Rangers turn up. Hopefully it's a positive attack minded Rangers who will put pressure on a shaky BB defence.
If the sit-back catch 'em on the break Rangers show-up, i think that will only encourage and prosper BB with Hoilett, Yakubu and Dunn hurting us.

I fear the worst then. The sit-back catch 'em on the break Rangers were certainly in evidence for MH's first away game at Villa.
