From what i heard (complete rumour), its not for a while yet but the rumours about it being linked to Mark Macguire don't seem to go away, and it all makes sense. I don't see it being a happy ending, however whatever happens he is gone and we are in a better place because of it.

Is it in the Court system now? I thought it was just being considered by an FA panel?

We've not yet heard anything from the FA panel, which is odd as I believe they were supposed to give their judgement about a month ago.

It's not yet subject to any court action as far as I'm aware.

Maybe JB had "flu" when he was supposed to go before the panel, and the hearing has been adjourned until after the euros <whistle>

Dont you think that the FA have far more pressing matters than that of a sad and pathetic southern looser ?
It will be well down the list of priorities. IMO, this could drag on for months if not years which is not such a bad thing.
Bullard is onto a looser with this action, end of.

Frenchie I suspect that this may be pretty high on the list of priorities for the FA. I am only aware of one other instance where a player was sacked (Mutu). This is a precedent setting case and, as such, will be of great importance to all players and clubs

I was being a tad sarcastic actually. In truth it needs sorting out But i dont see Bullard having a prayer. Players like Bullard should be made an example of. Now that is something to drink to. :emoticon-0102-bigsm <cheers>

if the verdict is in our favour, how about an idea of a pub crawl around bullard's old haunts - what better way to celebrate
