nearly had me then. Strange the Mclaren and Red Bull have done barely any laps yet, Webber has done 0
Laps so far, Raikkonen, 38; Rosberg, 36; Di Resta, 30; Kobayashi, 14; Ricciardo, 22; Massa, 24; De la Rosa, 17; Kovalainen, 3; Button 2, Maldonado, 3. Autosport
I must admit I'm kind of impressed. We're only 1½ hours in and we have no idea what 'the pace' is today, not having seen Button or Webber, or even knowing what the other teams are trying out compared to Lotus, but it's still impressive that he's appears to be right on it. Of course, raw speed was never something Raikkonen struggled with...
true, Raikkonen held the record for most fastest laps in a season didnt he? (dont know if Vettel stole that last year). but it also looks like Kimi's laps today have been very consistant too. Very encouraging.
This could be interesting. Also for people wanting more windows and are using Firefox. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tile-tabs/
El Bando, I think Raikkonen actually hilds that record twice with 10 in 2005 and again in 2008, I think thats right off the top of my head I think Vettel hardly got any last year and Webber actually beat him on that count
Lol Raikkonen has gotten 10 fastest laps in a season (I think he did it twice as well) but Vettel has never gotten more than 3 in a season.
Interesting ninja, I thought he would have got more in 2010 as he was obseesed with fastest laps - still I guess he had more competition that year

Mini update Ferrari is not concerned with times and is happy with the progress made on its programme. McLaren reports that Button's run ticked all the boxes this morning. The British driver did a big systems check after the initial installation lap and hopes to do some longer runs this afternoon. Williams says everything is running to plan and that normal progress is being made for a new car.
