Innocent till proven guilty doesn't apply in this case.

There is video evidence proving him guilty, that's that.

I wouldn't have Terry in the team anyway, not due to this, but due to the fact we have several better, more athletic CB's to choose from.

He will get his arse handed to him if France pit him against any one of Ribery, Valbuena, Marvin Martin or Loic Remy.

Even if he's found innocent, Terry's possibly the biggest **** that has ever lived, that douche shouldn't represent England

Not at all I simply believe that the only reason for asking him to stand down can be for him to have been proven conclusively that he is guilty. That Anton had to be persuaded by his club to make the complaint seems a bit strange too. That said there must be some case to answer and the truth will be sorted in court. At this stage he hasn't been proven guilty so why treat him like he has? And why, if you know he's guilty as you suggest, let him be available for selection not captaincy? I watched the footage and didn't think it was 100% clear. I care not really as I dislike the **** but I do believe that wherever a court case is involved, it is wrong to jump to conclusions. And I definitely think it should be left to a manager to stand down a captain. I just think the FA have now created an issue where there wasn't one. Capello has now reacted to being undermined and the issue is not going to resolved before the summer. Common sense should have prevailed with both FA and the courts getting case done and dusted asap. But once again we couldn't get a shag in a brothel and end up with this hashed up situation where the FA are basically saying you can't be a captain if you're accused of racism. What if he is innocent? And if you know he's guilty and will be proven so, then surely he should be kicked into touch altogether.

We're the kings of fudging to make a problem more complicated and shooting ourselves in the foot

The FA couldn't get involved in the case as the courts have priority.
The director of public prosecutions thought there was merit to bringing the case against Terry, so the FA's hands were tied.
It doesn't stop them lessening any future embarrassment by saying he shouldn't be England Captain.
Crappello should never have reinstated him captain after his last lie fest.

So why let him play? Either way you believe it should be handled they've cocked up. If he is guilty as they and you presume make him unavailable for selection. Incompetence at its best, unable to take a clear view and worsening an already awkward situation. As always the proof is in the pudding but I cannot see a harmonic side with this scenario. The only good that may come as a fortunate by-product is that Capello may now feel he is unable to select the player.

Because the FA can't make the decision up for Terry. If Terry feels capable of being captain, then that's the end of it. However, if he felt that he was attracting too much pressure, he could step aside for someone else to do it.

Terry is currently on trial for a crime he may, or may not, have commited. He could be guilty of being racist, or he could be completely and utterly as innocent as anyone else. However, before he's even been tried, he's had his captaincy stripped by the FA, despite Terry seemingly believing he can handle it, and despite the manager of the squad disagreeing with it.

It's as simple as that really. How the hell anyone can disagree is just crazy. He hasn't been proven to have done anything yet, yet he's being treated like he has.

Show me the evidence which proves him guilty? Oh yeah, there is none.

'Black' is one of THREE things it looks like he might have said. No one can say with absolute certainty what he said at all, so there is no evidence proving him guilty.

Even I personally think it looks like he says 'black', but I must admit that I can't say 100%. That's why there's a trial.

Well you're wrong, cos they can, and they have. Argue that - but do it on your own because you are boring beyond words.
