(sub title) who left it the latest to leave?

I got to Barnsley junction on M1 (via a pick up in Huddersfield).

DJ got as far as Brough I read earlier. That was cutting it fine if it had gone ahead!

At 957am ( 257pm UK time ) I went onto the Hull City Iplayer site and couldn't get connected to the live commentary. I then found out that the game had been abandoned due to the poor weather. It was 80 + here today in Orlando. Can't the Allams relocate the Tigers to Orlando in the winter months.

Got off the train at Fratton and thought it all seemed a bit quiet! Live in London and could not see why any game should be cancelled so never thought to check the web. And it did not feel at all cold in Portsmouth, not even ice in puddles. Anyone remember the days when games were played in blizzards with orange balls?

A Acklams of Beverley coach passed our coach just before Donningto services on the M1.I feel very sorry for any clubs fans who get a fair way on their journey because its not cheap and then you have to try and find time for the midweek game of which Portsmouth is a bloody long way.But we are only the fans who cares about us.We heard a rumour our match could be off about 11am but luckily it went ahead but the journey back was a bloody nightmare.

I was 25 miles from Pompey staying with friends as drove down there Thursday night. Spent the day in Pompey on Saturday, was 8.5 degrees and I reckon the game could have been played. DIsappointing. Highlight was going into the Pompey FC shop and asking them if they were out of stock of underground heating! Next highlight was talking with some Leicester fans at a service station yesterday. They desperately want Jack Hobbs back. They would also like to send Pearson back to us. 6 Hours to get home, no match but had a fun weekend anyway.

due to the fact that i got a tip off late on friday night that the matchday programmes and the corporate hospitality had already been cancelled and that it was -9 down there I did not leave Hull until just after 9am in the end, 2 hours later than planned. Glad i did as i got word that it was Off just before the M62. What i find amazing is that Pompey did not stop the madness on friday night. ALL the fans who bought tickets - were already down there friday night and who were on coaches and cars should have FREE TRAVEL next time and the bill should be picked up by the hosts. Pompey should infact be sent the bill, imo. Then again they have no money as like there pitch there bank account is also frozen. <grr> <grr>

never have had which is amazing. they had to choose between under soil heating or offshore bank account bonuses alledgedly ? hhhmmmmm.

a pompey official said on the radio saturday that it was far to expensive for them to run even if they had it. 3 grand a day it costs he said.
