    I've got work in the morning so taking it a bit easier, the last time I wandered into a random pub on the Isle of Man I ended up getting wasted with some hun Milkman who looked like a bit like George Clooney, or actually Owen Coyle for that matter.

    Well, you're best not to do the above then Mick.Boyso was over for many years and had many,many friends each one great craic but a lunatic.

    He's sadly missed both here and there.

    You are doing it wrong as your forefinger isn't needed. Your indent on said finger told you as much anyway.

    Put the bottom of the lighter under the cap, tight, push upwards whilst having the palm of your hand pushing down on the far side of the cap (about half). Then push the lighter down which will then pop the cap.

    Or use your teeth <ok>
