Agree. I'm a Hill fan. Delighted he's in the squad as back-up

Looks like it's gonna be Traore at LB and Taiwo at LW.

Lol, I didn't think I'd ever say that either.
I think Hill is the best out and out defender, but T'n'T are better going forward.
It's a case of striking the best balance.
Bearing in mind we have a better forward line, I think only one of T'n'T should start.

I agree '999, you're spot on mate. Football is a funny old game for sure!

This will be a very interesting contest. Wolves' predictable 4-4-2 outfit will give everything in this one and it'll be up to us to try break them down - a feat we've found very hard to do on our narrow pitch this season. Its a tactical challenge for Hughes and it'll be intriguing to see how he goes about it.

Anyone judging Taiwo based on one performance with players he'd just met is silly.

I actually think he looked good, confident and has some good ideas. As they gel, he will become very effective, I believe. I don't think Traore should be at left back. He's too leaky in that position.

I agree with that awjm, I just think we should stay with what we know v Wolves. We know Hill is a steady Eddie at LB and this is a game we really need to win.
Let's give Taiwo a couple of weeks to gel in. I'd hate us to lose or draw this match from a mistake on his part.
The lads going to need all the confidence he can get. The prem is a lot harder and faster than seria A.
I'm just saying is all.

My argument has just been blown out of the water by nonother than Sparky himself. . .

QPR are ready to take the extraordinary step of playing Taye Taiwo as an out-and-out left winger so that Armand Traore can play in the same team.

Fans expecting boss Mark Hughes to choose between the two at left-back are in for a surprise he reckons.

“The options I’ve got because they’re both accomplished allow me to play them both in the same team, and we could have a combination of both down the left-hand side depending on the opposition,” he said.

Taiwo made his debut at Aston Villa on Wednesday night in the 2-2 draw after completing his loan move from AC Milan as a supposed left-back last week.

And after Senegal were surprisingly early elimination from the Africa Cup of Nations, Traore as well as midfielder Adel Taarabt are back in time to face Wolves at Loftus Road tomorrow (Saturday).

But Hughes sees his two left-sided players interchanging down that flank, especially after other option Akos Buzsaky pulled up lame with an Achilles complaint before the Villa game.

Hughes added: “Taiwo has played as a wingback and an outside left in the past, so has Armand and that’s why we’re able to play both in the same team.”

That's why I'm surprised we didn't go for ridgewell. Would've given us an option to attack or defend competently, and provide some cover for CB.

I'm glad. I think Taiwo wants to be more of an attacker than defender, so it worked out for the best.

Exciting prospect having T&T rampaging down the left. Not sure how they'll be defensively, but they should scare the hell out of the right back!!

Looks like we'll be basically playing a back three then, with Onouha coming across to cover LB.

It'll be interesting to see if Wolves play Kightly and Jarvis as they did on Tuesday. They may feel we are vulnerable down the flanks and look at getting at us with Jarvis's pace in particular. I'd go for Taiwo at LB and Traore at LM...
