He hasn't been found guilty of anything yet..

But if he has been stripped of it because of the impending case....surely he should be dropped from all England games...not just a half measure.

True, but if he is found guilty after the Euros it would have a bad impact on the England team's reputation. The court case should have gone ahead before the competition, delaying it until after the Euros is bad for everyone involved.

    Totally agree...

It should have been sorted by now, and given him his £2500 fine..

We all know this, which is why the system is a joke...money of this amount means nothing to them...but isn't that the max fine?

He is definitely guilty of thinking he is still a world class defender. <ok>

He should not be allowed to play football at all until it's sorted out, if you look at the video on Sky Sports his mate in front of him turned to him as he heard him say something, when he turned back in the direction of the camera he looked as if Terry had said something he shouldn't have

He was a grade A cock last time he was stripped of the captaincy.

Surprise surprise, a little further down the line he's been an ever bigger cock.

    Once a cock .... always a cock.

FA should have learnt their lesson a long while back.

    Cocks.

Yes Comm , one of the quality papers says that the maximum fine the courts can hand out for this offence is £2500.
There's more than that down the back of his couch.

Lawyers should do well out of it though :)
