All this we are a more footballing team bollocks.

No there isnt a certain why you have to play football, you can play anyway you want, yeah some ways are easier to the eye but you play to your strengths.

If we didnt play football before what did we play, the defination of playing football isnt keeping the ball on the ground and taking 20 passes to cross the half way line.

Thats the style England try and play under Capello and it completely bores me to death. I want to see chances created not people knocking a ball backwards and forwards

 

We don't have to worry about this has been. He's on a slippery downward spiral to obscurity. He would never get into our team as it is now because he is not good enough. I think deep inside himself he never went behind Niges back all those years ago and requested a transfer. Anyway, I'm not gonna waste any more time on him because we'll show him what he's missed out on tomorrow.

Well i always thought back in league 1 we was the weak link and i was proved right. We looked better with Bruno Berner in the team, a proper professional

What I wanted to say was...

..I say Mr Mattock old chap, your gods gift to football, do refrain from talking about my beloved football team as it quite hurtfull don´t you know. Your a fine gentleman who has graced so many lush green fields in you short time as a top player & sports man. You are a loss to LCFC & you were superb at WBA & will be a top roll model at your fine new club where you are moving up in the football world & if you are reading this then BRAVO with bells on it. Tallyho.

Dunno, i think too many people found out who it was.

 

The last game I saw Mattock play for us was at Hereford in our League 1 campaign - in fairness his touch was quite good, but the way he was caught out to give away the penalty that put them 1-0 up did demonstrate that he is always likely to struggle against genuine pace and skill - and this was Hereford not the Nou Camp ... where that leaves him in terms of the level he feels he should be playing at compared to the level at which he will, is likely to leave him disappointed in the long run IMHO.

 

But in the play off season Bruno Berner was brilliant had Mattock not left he wouldnt of got the shirt off Bruno
