Hello lads, We've signed Martin Rowlands on a short term contract until the end of the season today. I understand he was on loan with you lot earlier this season, so was wandering what can we expect? Cheers.
Evening Mike. You should increase your budget for injuries and play him when you can. Never seen him myself but from what I've heard he's good when fit.
Had a long period out injured before he joined us and typically when a player comes back from such a long term injury they will often pick up muscles strains,etc. My guess will be the he may struggle for fitness initially but after a while will be a good signing for you. His quality and organisation of the midfield will be invaluable at this level and is something we are in dire need of!! I am sure going to Col U will cause some of our moronic fans to boo him but he owes nothing to Wycombe as we were the club who binned him off as a youngster because of that pr*ck Richard Hill, thinking he was too small to succeed. Good luck to Mr Rowlands, fantastic player who we have missed out on again.

Pretty gutted we didn't get him actually, a fit Martin Rowlands is just about exactly what we could do with at the moment (along with about 10 other players).
