From the club Twitter page - The Tigers' Championship fixture against Brighton will now played at the KC Stadium on Wednesday 22nd February (KO 7.45pm).The match was originally due to be played on Saturday 18th Feb but was postponed due to Brighton's involvement in the FA Cup.
another shock horror. was predicted by another poster to be around that date. so now its only 4 days later than the original one. so the break is now down to 10 days not 17. much better.

what pile up ? apart from Cardiff City away on the 13th March the fixture list is as its always been. One week break after birmingham away 14th to the brighton home game 22nd. Feb. Then 10 days to Blackpool away on friday 2nd March 2012. Dont see an issue myself.
What ? Apart from the Cardiff game March has always been like that. ffs, its hardly a drain for young kids is it ? players will tell you they prefer to play than train.
You've not update the Brighton game that this thread is about in that list OLM, but cheers that makes it all a bit simpler.
One thing though, by the end of March it should be pretty clear who shall be in the running for what ? i still feel that City can make the top 2.
It doesn't matter if it's always been like that, or not, it's still a lot of fixtures close together. We'll never get through that many games so close together without players picking up knocks and if we lose a couple of key players we're knackered, as our second string aren't good enough to replace them.
Thats being rather presumtious of you for starters ? As the March fixtures have been like that all season why have the club not tried to re-arrange one or 2 previously then ? as for the injuries, if we get 6 or 7 players who have to miss the same game then i may agree but the odd one or 2 wont make much difference. ffs, forget the Crawley game (i have) we wont see that performance again. Last night was much better - just no end product. Fingers crossed we get no injuries especially serious or lengthy ones. Too many fixtures indeed, Get a grip man.
I doubt you can move games just because the original date doesn't suit you. March is a busy month for everyone, just have to get on with it.
Without wanting to jump the gun the run in doesn't seem too bad, despite some other posters saying otherwise. Aside from West Ham and Boro the rest look like very winnable games, though Forest and Millwall could well be trying to avoid the drop when we play them which will perhaps make them tougher than they appear.
Indeed thats my point. Its not as though we have an ageing team either. They are young lads overall so they should grasp it and realish it. Players much prefer to play than train. The championship is really hotting up now. The results last night just showed whats been known by many all season long.
No. It's a Champions League matchday so there's a ban (UEFA imposed) on other competitions being televised live in competition to it. Last season (or was it earlier this season?) the SPL did some televised games on CL matchdays, but to do it they had to kick off at about 5:30pm. EDIT: 6pm kick offs http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/12852316
When I was 16 at school, I played for the School team Saturday morning, a amateur league team Saturday afternoon, and then again on Sunday morning for a Sunday league team. Though I was pretty knackered afterwards.
thats the point i was making. OLM thinks we have a bunch of 30+ year olds. NB has a very young squad overall. its the same for everyone and with a decent break before the Blackpool game.
