    ahh well, just seen it on the official site that he is suspended, typical!!! Still don't get how we lose an appeal when the opposition player helps us and RVPs elbow doesn't get nothing, remember Rooneys lash out at colo...nothing, and then you hear John Terrys racism appeal isnt till July when Suarez gets banned straight away....top 4 are so protected (i know arsenal aren't this season)

    I agree with everything, except the bit in bold. The FA can't do anything until the court case. Because the racism was reported by a member of the public to the police, they have to investigate it before the FA can do anything. Other than that what you and Mifune said are bang on!
