Ahh, the early days of old age, what with the involuntary grunt when you bend down and the god awful ****s when you have a few beers, it's a life to celebrate and look forward to. Anyway, back to the bloke Donnelly, I was nearly right, it was John Donnelly and I remember watching him play for the Jags a few times, when you could walk around 3 sides of Firhill and the old white toilets at the away end, with an open view from above! http://www.ozwhitelufc.net.au/players_profiles/D/DonnellyJ.php
I think I know why I can't remember him. Those were the years when security was very lax & I used to arrive at firhill from the pub, pissed, with my adidas bag stuffed full of mcewans export cans to see me through the agony. Can't remember much about then. Can't remember using those toilets. Think we just has a piss round the back of the 'shed'. Wonderful days.
If you can't be bitter about your favourite hobby being ruined by TV execs, spineless governing bodies and boring ****ers, what can you be bitter about?
Bates can go suck my swollen love plums if he thinks i'm renewing after that shoite, and another absolute feckless transfer window.
I believe there is money there that is not being spent. It may not be much but i still think there is money not being spent (or spent on huge percentages of loan signings)
Well nothing will convince you it is not all Graysons fault then. I can't believe we would have ignored Wes Morgan for a million and not made a move for St Ledger and Wilson could we have afforded them. It is okay saying we have Smith on loan but that is part of the problem, filling gaps with loans. Gradel is a massive loss, Somma coming off the bench to net a goal is also a big loss at the moment but when you have a defence that can't defend you are always going to lose games.
Agreed. We need someone like Chapman, someone good in the air. With our wingers pinging balls into the box after a marauding run down the wings. Holt would have been ideal.
