    Yeah but its at least in part to clubs delaying reactions to bids til deadline day, knowing they can get a better price. It's not exactly uncommon knowledge that we are in dire need of CB cover. Watford probably thought they'd get an extra mil or two out of us today

    slightly OT but i dont get the craic with tevez, coz surely they will keep fining him for not turning up to training etc so he surely is not earning his wages anyway so why not terminate the contract or whatever?

    He'll do better than what they've been working with, but Fulham's my 2nd favourite club and there's nobody there that's infuriated me more for the past 3-4 years than him (if you discount Andy Johnson being a consistent sicknote)
