Ex-pats used to be able to vote. Have they changed the rules?

Or are you not an ex-pat?

It's possible to vote in general elections but not, as far as I know, in local government elections. I'm not motivated enough to find out.

Muslim state. No alchohol. No burds in short skirts and skimpy tops during the summer.

    Are you sure?

As I always do - I shall go to the polling station and use a pen (or pencil) and put a cross next to the person I want to see elected <ok>

**** me baldrick, you're not as stupid as we all thought.

However, you're wrong. There are two ballot papers and you put a cross on each of them against your preferred candidate/party.

You're thinking of the local election papers which caused so much confusion at the last Holyrood elections. This time around it's just Holyrood.
