Good to see the fa are keeping up their stance of only charging non-english players with violent conduct. Cabaye and balotelli, hell yeah, but lescott, crouch or rooney, no no no! Bunch of xenophobic arseholes.
Still hopefuly Cabs will learn from this and benefit from the rest.

Still can't believe people think the kick was debateable. Almost as bad as Wenger not seeing incidents. Cabayes been lucky up to now to not get sent off Bardsley tackle, Spearing tackle etc.. If opposition players tackle/kick out like this we would go mad. Accept the ban and move on he deserves it for being pathetically stupid.

People slating Gosling does annoy me a lot. Sure he hasn't been great but look how long he was out for and look how much time you've all given Ben Arfa and we still here the "oh he's not back to full fitness yet" comments* <doh>

*or at least we did up to a couple of weeks ago

Gosling has been available all season bar his red card and can barely force his way onto the bench. It's justified.

So was Ben Arfa many times and he was left on the bench. I'm not arguing that point really, Ben Arfa should be in our first team and Gosling isn't quite that level but we have 2 very good CMs and Guthries very good as cover. Gosling has only had a couple of chances to impress and we've seen how hard it is for people to force their way into the team (see Santon or Ben Arfa).

Added to the fact he's still 21 as is Santon

I'd be willing to see Gosling step up ahead of Abeid. Although Abeid offers the better defensive stability, Gosling needs more games to show what he can do. He's had far less chances than Ben Arfa to come back (due to our strong CM) and with a run in the team could be a decent goal scoring threat (that goal against Man City was a proper poachers goal).

On the evidence of the games i've seen him in he's a load of bollocks, but i'm willing to give him another chance.
