Great news, i think he will be a cracking player for us. I would still want 1 more winger and i would be happy with David Cotterill. I think Nigel has something up his sleeve anyway Under Sven we didnt sign anyone out of the blue because of the agents but under Nigel quite often we dont find out until its announced or rumours start on the day we sign him like they did with Drinkwater and Delfouneso
From reports I've heard, he is an emerging and exciting talent - what will be interesting is to see how he might orchestrate chances for the strikers - Beckford is starting to demonstrate what he can do and that can only get better with a relaible service from wide - I also think that Steve Howard would benefit - not that I want to see th current formation changed .. NP (or NP and the scouts) can spot a talent - of that there is no doubt - Mark Davies and, in particular, Tom Cleverly confirm.
From everything I have heard of him he's a young Robert Snodgrass (not saying Snodgrass is old but you get the jist). Good on the ball, at dribbling, at passing, at crossing, at tracking back and not blessed with pace. A more influential Paul Gallagher, you could say. Someone who will be very good for us in this league and only 20 years old.
I have heard he is quick but not lightning, But he is skillful and has got a great cross on him Sounds a bit like a young Steve Guppy
So if we can just buy young versions of Savage, Izzet and Lennon, we'll be ....... back in the 1990's!!
Just what we need. It´s strange how 1 manager (SGE) can´t see that the ballance of the squad is way out & another (NP) knows before he´s even signed his contract. This is why NP did well at Southampton, LCFC, HCFC & starting do work the magic again in his 2nd spell here at LCFC. We really need to give this man time & money to turn this club around into top prem team. He´s got people looking all other for players that will work hard, improve & be a bargain without costing an arm & a leg, Drinkwater for i.e, I´d like a top npower class FOR now pleeeeease. "UTF"
