Its a cruel sport sometimes but thats why these guys get fantastic wages compared to the average person. The bottom line is if your not good enough at the top level (and we have several that aren't) then sad as it is they have to go!. Saturdays match showed how far behind we are at the moment and if we are to progress then changes have to be made.
