i must say i was dissapointed with todays attendance considering it was a local derby and its the first time we had played boro for a few years. i was also dissapointed in the singing and cheering, it only ever comes from the south west corner, whats up with everyone else in ground having a good old sing and cheering the lads on.
Disappointing? I'd call it pathetic Something needs to be done about the end next to the away fans , it's always ****ing empty unless it's the biggest game of your season , the Wear-Tyne derby.
Oh dear, 2 geordie ****wits on the same post, both talking horse **** as usual. One thing is for certain, our next cup tie will see more attending than in your next one this season, even if only 1 person turned up. Lol Who did you get in the next round barcodes scummer? Lol
The smogs must have thought have it was a home game the amount of empty seats that were on show. Shame I couldnt get down, I like the cup games. (apart from last years F.A. cup)
I was expecting around 36,000 so 4,000 down, however, a freezing day, live on ITV, another game on Wednesday and in these tight times I can understand why some have to pick and choose
Being perfectly honest we shouldn't be expecting more than 40,000 for a normal game. Cup games seem to put people off, **** knows why. The stadium is too big for us and it makes it look ****e on the tele
Boro isn't a derby anyway. As far as I'm concerned it was just a match against some lower league team.
When you can go somewhere without your fatha being there to stop you getting your tits kicked in, then you can big it up you stupid ****. I ****ing loath you.
