Megson can find the tallest cliiff and take a running jump.

We have spent alot of time and money on Ferrie, so to even try and get him is beyond belief. I for one think Ferrie will come back better than he was before he got injured. Not sure why, but I have the inkling. He was rushed back last time, this time he's been given time to make sure he's 100%, so hopefully, when he gets that first game, I hope I'm correct and he shines, once again.

Lets not forget he is on a pay as you play deal. It maybe a punt that he returns to the fantastic player he was, but it's not going to break the bank waiting 4 months to see.

Going off tangent a bit.......If that Megson quote isn't tapping up a player, I don't what is? He even admits he hasn't spoken to the club/BR/HJ yet.

I don't think it will make an iota of difference to Swansea's stance in this case, but naughty naughty Megson. The FA really need to come down on that sort of behaviour.

it will do him good to get away with a fresh start somewhere else as there is nobody we can drop here and brendan will be bringing in more players in the summer with the chances that will be available for bodde are virtually zero......I would not be surprised if bodde will move on in the summer with a few others as surplus to requirement. it would be best for him and best for us....

Read in the paper today that Megson wants to take Bodde on loan for a month.

why not it will do him good and if he plays regularly then it will give Brendan time to assess his capabilities in competitive games on whether he will be up to the standard we need. its a perfect opportunity for bodde to show what he has in his game......

Have to agree, get some game time under his belt, then we will be able to see what his capabilities are. Would be a good deal for both clubs.

If he is well enough to be loaned out , he is well enough to play with us or train with us for next season . To wait this long for him & then loan him out would be foolish IMO

not necessarily cracker. he may not be up to the standard that we require now we are a premiership club. he needs games and the only way for that to happen is out on loan, Brendan wont let him near the first team this season so if he wants to make a claim then out on loan playing first team football is the way to go about it.....

Why would we send a quality player, on the road to recovery, to a team and manager, with a route 1, ' in yer face' style of football? Megson's football philosophy, or the lack of it, is certainly not the place for Ferrie Bodde, I will put money on it, that this will not happen!...........

Well dont put money on it with Ferrie, yknow how much he enjoys a flutter..<laugh>

Prefer him to stay here and work on his fittness targets and bed in with reserves games :)

he is suppose to be fit and if the club has the confidence in bodde then why not show that confidence in loaning him out for the rest of the season, if he breaks down then we will know that he has been out for to long and its time to call it a day, if on the otherhand he comes through without any problems then again brendan can assess if he is still good enough and the standard required to boost the squad. he is not going to do that in training. he needs to play first team competitive football week in week out and if megson is offering an olive branch for that to happen then we should take it, it will be beneficial for bodde and beneficial for us......

He'll be playing for our next reserves game at parc y scarlets, against Arsenal Dai, this week I think, shame I'm away, as it would love to go down and see Ferrie and the boys!..............
