Last year Stevanage this year Brighton, Not hardly the hardest of draws but we come un stuck again.
Another awful performance thats now 3 in a row as the Qpr result will hide the poor show, Ameobi is so bone idol its un true

Williamson is and always will be poor in my eyes but this all boils down to ther lack of quality in numbers we have bar Baa we could not score in a brothel.

Defensively we are poor since saylor got injuried, but tonight was a complete let down I expected a tough tie as Brighton at home who play some decent stuff and had the UNDER DOG tag on but its the limp wrist way we went about and what makes it worse is Cayabe could get a ban.

We only just nicked it against Blacburn in the previous round so maybe we deserve it tonight but this could have been a great opportunity to progress in the F.A cup.
But tonight we played like they were still sunning it on the beach so just the league to go for !

AMEOBI,WILLIAMSON, PERCH = Not good enough full stop

Perch was brilliant today. The rest were crap. No heart or desire, I think we have big ego's on the pitch. Players like Cabaye, Santon and Ben Arfa constantly give the ball away. They spend too much time on the ball far to often and hardly ever play the simple pass when they need to.

You should pop on here when we win sometimes to discuss how well we played. It's a shame we only get to see you complain after we lose.

Trust me when I say we will never win anything before we die at least. I've accpeted this since the Sportng semi final a few years back. We are cursed and it will soon start getting even worse if we employ the tactics we did today again.

Perch had a half decent game as he was playing against his level of quality the championship

perhaps if our striker had any intelligence when it comes to running behind defenses or making a run to either post for a cross they would deliver a cross or a pass?

I thought our major problem tonight was player selection. We effectively played our first team, and they didn't look like they cared, because they know whatever happened they are almost guarenteed a start next match. I wanted to see fringe players like Obertan ,Vuckic, Gosling, Abeid and Ferguson come in, for the simple reason that they would have put in more effort to show Pardew that they should be in the team (and if it wasn't working they could have been subbed at H-T). However as it was (and I'm not going to get into the Shola debate) the players seemed content to just bugger about with the ball, not really doing anything. Also, while I'm at it why doesn't Pardew ever bring on Obertan as an impact sub, I think he's the perfect players to run at tired legs.

Pardew has lost the plot recently but the fact is we were missing Colo, Tiote, Taylor and Ba so it wasn't are best side at all. The tactics were the issue we just didn't really get anything going and I could tell you what position any of our lads were actually playing other than the spne of the team. The rest were left, right, center and up and down all over the ****ing place.

I agree on that but some of our better technical players from abroad to me seem like they think they can just turn up and wipe the floor against lesser opposistion.

Yeah let's blame Willo and Perch, our two best players today, the blame really does lie our ****ing abject striker who was supposed to be leading the line, and despite service from Ben Arfa, Gutierrez, Cabaye and Guthrie, still managed to look lazy and toothless <doh>
