How does he not get banned? Three games now he has criticised a referee using twitter, he did it after our game regarding Diaby's sending off, the game last night and another game which I cant quite remember. Although he is a brilliant player he is fast becoming one of my most disliked players in the premiership, so arrogant!

Why is it that English football get all these arrogant players? And it's always the best ones...Wilshere, Gerrard, Rooney, Terry, Cole etc.

He was right last night. He is younger than me, and I feel I would have done the same, that whole year ago.

I am so glad he is English, sensational player!

I think he can say what he wants about the ref last night... But i do agree, he needs to calm himself down, getting a real bad name already.

Same! <ok> Pep saying he had 20 players as good as him in his 'B' team. My GAD how good are Barcelona's 'B' team? :emoticon-0104-surpr

Never really understood the fuss around the lad, but last night i saw glimpses of a player who is a future England captain.
He does need to watch what he is putting on Twitter though ! He was right about the ref, thought he was dreadful, that Van Persie decision was a disgrace.

He certainly is a class player, and the Van Persie decision was definetly the worst I have ever seen.

What I want to know is why Wenger plays him as a holding midfielder, when he would be much better off playing him as an AM next to Fabregas (who played shocking).

He seems like a bit of a twat in all honesty outside of the game from press reports. Saw an interview on SSN about 2 months ago and he sounded like a right chav.

Wenger and Nasri have raised the ire of UEFA after comments about the ref last night.

Will Wilshere get charged as well?

He's a great player, but yet again, a great player who's a complete and utter ****. Not just that but he's a whingy little **** as well. He was probably one of those kids at school who cried when they didn't win and/or things didn't go their way.

I think I may already hate Wilshere. He's talented but because he's young and English (and happens to play for Arsenal) he is unbelievably overhyped, and its already gone straight to his head (terrible attitude on the pitch, every game he's screaming at the referee) and now he's the new England golden boy, possibly taking Rooney's place as someone who can just get away with anything and is exempt from bans. The ref was very poor last night but can you imagine if Barton (or anyone in a bottom half club for that matter) made those comments?

Crackin' little player, but is fast becoming a player I detest. To be fair, the same could be said about a lot of the Arsenal players who can't take losing (Obviously they have reason to feel aggrieved about last night, but I'm speaking in general terms)

Surely if Nasri and Wenger are charged he should be too? Just because he's criticised a referee via twitter doesn't mean he shouldn't be punished! (Babel, anyone?)

He spends as much time hassling the ref as the Barcelona players, Pep was right - he probably does have loads of players like him in the B team.

Quality player, whining little bastard though, annoying as ****.

I'm sure his parents can just ban him from the computer for a week to teach him a lesson.

UEFA should send his folks a letter about his behaviour.

I just really want a young player to come up who is as exciting as all the players we have now, but without the attitude, someone we can look up to. For example Beckham or Shearer. Just seems like you don't really get them anymore, the closest to them is probably Lampard.
