Can't go today, but here is the squad Schmeichel, Peltier, Konchesky, Mills (c), Gallagher, Dyer, St. Ledger, Wellens, Beckford, Danns, Nugent Subs; Subs: Smith, Hopper, Howard, Kennedy, Tunchev, Parkes I've heard a lot of good about Tom Hopper. Lets see how he copes if he gets a chance. Gallagher back from 'injury', St Ledger and Mills in defence again and Danns has another shot in centre mid. 5' - Beckford 53' - Beckford
A half of two halves First 25 minutes or so we were on easy street. Knocking the ball about for fun and Swindon got nowhere near us. Then complacency set in and Swindon went up two or three notches and have looked very dangerous. Good game so far, both sides playing the way the game should be played
Im still slightly anxious despite the lead. I only caught the last 15 of thew first half and not impressive. looking better this half.
good win. looked comfortable in the second half. shame nugent didnt bury that header. maybe a trip 10 miles up the rd to crawley
Yep a good win, except I'll be cooking my own tea tonight as wifey is not too happy being a Swindon fan!
Kasper 8 Peltier 7 Mills 7 SSL 7 Koncheskey 6 (Should have been red carded) Gallagher 8 Wellens 7 Danns 7 Dyer 6 Beckford 9 Nugent 8 Howard 6 Hopper 6 Kennedy 7
True he was a lucky man. A good win & to be fair to STFC they played very well & the way they are playing at the mo they should go up, but having said that form has a habit of going forth. Nice to get a CS again & KS was MotM IMO, he´s looking to good that´s the problem. You can just bet your last a prem team will come in for him come the summer.
AKCJ.. you didnt go today. and you stated on here that you dont go to away games.. just wondering IF you actually go to any Leicester City games... [ it would explain why you never know what your talking about ]
How bad was Swindon's shooting. They nearly hit the corner flag 2 or 3 times. Apart from 1 header and the free kick none of the shots went remotely close to the goal
Bless you Scarborough. I couldn't go last night because I live an hours drive away from Leicester and I was out for a friends wedding reception that evening. I couldn't go to the game so I had to watch it on live stream. Why you would be bothered to come and try to wind me up after you just lost to Crawley is beyond me
~I hope we get crawley in the next round--we will show you how to beat them. BTW did you go to the game?
It's not exactly crime of the century if you can't go to all the games, I don't as I work Saturday's and evenings due to my job requiring shift patterns and the mere fact I need a wage to live! Doesn't make me more less loyal or less knowledgeable, just less of an idea how well a player has played that day! I haven't been to many away games but I have been to old Trafford which is once more than most man u fans
We lost v crawley... Well done Crawley Town.. I have no problem losing games... Football is all about win some lose some draw some..I'm not deluded like AKCJ.. I never say we will walk the league, be champions by Christmas or we are nailed on to win.. The FA cup is famous for shocks and giant killing acts. Here's hoping we can grab 3 points v Doncaster on Tuesday because promotion is more important then a cup run...but if we lose I won't spit my dummy out and cry like a Leicester City supporter. I think we are above you in the league which is more important then an FA Cup run anyway ...x
