Law of averages say they could win a final soon, haven't TWS bottled it in every final they've bribed their way to since the early 70's?
I think you will find we are a dormant giant of a club. Who due to mismanagement in the past ended up down the league, we are well and truely back on the road to where we belong. As are you on the slide down to league 2 and beyond.
That'll be TWS that have spent a decent percentage of their time in tier 2, like us. *Boring ****er* smiley lives here.
What have you been smoking? Leeds are a ****, tiny little club with an old garden shed as a ground they can't half fill. Where as we are a waking giant of a club who can easily fill our stadium and have much better playing, coaching and management staff and owners. We are en route to our home in the premier league, You are going back to where you belong in league one.
I think you will find we sit above you in the league quite comfortably and if anyone is going down it is you lot? The league position and results head to head would also suggest we have a stronger team. The only one of your lot i would take is Bullard as he is the best player in the league, almost nearly put you out of business and ruined your chances of staying in the prem. What more could we want? a club ledgend in the making. We might have a shed as you lot put it but it has history and held host to some of the european giants when did you last play in europe?
You know you have someone when they try to be clever! In all honesty when did you last play in the champions league? Davide Somaaaaaaaaaa
Well we played Sunderland in a pre season in Portugal. You stronger team? You're more deluded than a Geordie, your team is ****, snodgrass is your only player of worth, who is at home at this level. League position at the minute means nothing, wait til next when you slide back to L1 and we're chasing the title. When was the last time you played premier league football? Thought so, sssshhhhhh Ps how would results head to head show you as stronger? 2 luck draws for you...
To be fair, i have said for a few seasons now that as soon as leeds get back into the championship i reckon they will go straight back up again! Considering our start to the season i think being where we are is a success in itself and i would quite happily settle for 8th come the end of the season then rebuild for a push at the automatic places next season. As for leeds, i would count your chickens just yet, burnley still have a couple of games in hand and they looked as good a team as i have seen all season last night!
I believe in your "great" days, 20 years before the Internet, Leeds created a record for being runners up in competitions. Also you have spent as much time outside the top division as in it.
I hope Leeds do make the playoffs. I so expect them to screw it up (as you do in your bones) that I'm looking forward to it.
Thanks lad at last someone who has seen our huge potential and being a sleepign giant. Tbh yes i am worried about Burnley but we wont loose out i dont think i see Forrest or Norwich. We just have goal scorers who cant stop.
Its who's in the play off places come May 7th which really counts. Given how you lot like to balls things up once the nights start getting lighter i'd be careful not to be saying too much just yet
